Acute Care Veterinary Clinic

THE most unprofessional vet clinic I have ever experienced. I dealt with the extremely rude front desk receptionist/assistant, whatever her position was, she didn’t do it well. I was called to confirm my second cat’s appointment and said I would not be returning because of Michelle. MICHELLE took it upon herself to call my parents. I am a fully grown adult that does not even live with my mother, i don’t even have the same animals as my mother! The best part was the voicemail she left my mother, which I have attached. Not only did she call my mother to rectify the situation, she NEVER reached out to me. She goes on to say “I was never rude to your daughter” I am not sure why this grown adult is gas lighting me to my own mother and then continue to say “my parents are great clients” so now our treatment is based off the amount of money that is spent? When i called the vet clinic to express my anger to them, it was all brushed off as “well we didn’t have your number to call back” so how did you call me in the first place to confirm my appointment? This vet office is ridiculous and unprofessional. My mother agrees that not only is Michelle, YES RUDE, she agrees she is simply, weird. She is weird for bringing my mother into this and reaching out to her while at work- to apologize to the wrong person. Not only are you gas lit but also your treatment at the clinic is based on the “type of client” you are. Truly disgusting. Truly weird. Truly unprofessional.

Love these guys! Always kind, always willing to help with our boys! 10/10 recommend! Side note - pretty sure one of yalls chickens was attempting to make a break for it and was hanging out in McDonald's parking lot :) might wanna check on him/her, and tell them that's not the place for chickens to go to lol :)

This office is so nice. The staff and the doctor were kind and understanding. I highly recommend this let's office for your pets' care.

My dog recently got diagnosed with Heartworms by this veterinary service. They then gave me two options a fast track treatment that meant I had to monitor his activity level or a slower option, but then I wouldn’t have to monitor his activity and there’s nothing I can find that supports this. In fact the American heartworm association doesn’t recommend the pills at all. It’s only a last resort all treatments for Heartworms you have to monitor their activity level for the exact same reason that’s not how this was presented to me at all. I’m extremely upset and I feel like they just wanted more money from me and to prolong his suffering because I’m moving across the world and I’m gonna have to leave him here until he’s healed from Heartworms I was only trying to choose the slower option so that he could be a regular dog.
