I’ve been bringing my pets here for a little over a year and have always been very pleased with the care they receive and the kindness of the entire team. Recently, my golden retriever, needed emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from his intestine. Dr. Hawkins rearranged his schedule that same day to perform the surgery without hesitation. Unfortunately, Hank’s intestines had been severely damaged, and he later needed a second surgery. Although he survived the procedure, the damage was ultimately too extensive for him to recover. While Dr. Hawkins and his team were unable to save him due to complications beyond their control, they never gave up on him. They tried everything they possibly could to save my best bud, and that is all anyone could ever ask for. They were also incredibly patient, compassionate, and supportive to me throughout this terrible journey. I will always be grateful for the care they gave Hank and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Suzy is the most amazing vet I have ever brought my cats too. I stumbled upon her clinic by accident and have never brought my cats to any other place. She is kind, compassionate, caring and soo gentle with the animals. She always tries to find a solution to the animals' sickness. She goes above and beyond at the appointment and is so thorough with her examinations and explanations. I spent almost 1 1/2 hours at her clinic today with my cat. She called a specialist to consult with because she said she could not find anything wrong with the cat. Both of them decided we need more test for the cat, but I think she felt bad by looking at all the test and they were basically normal, so what do we do now? She gave me some advice, gave him some injections and we will see what happens. I was so glad it was not a serious issue and look forward to the next step with my cat. He is in such good hands She is my vet for life, and the prices are very reasonable, another big plus.

Very rude and weird receptionist. She said they wouldn’t be a good fit to use their services because I didn’t have any way to write down their email to forward vaccine history!? Then by the time I did and said I would need to call back when I could find those documents (two year old vaccine record for 3 year lasting rabies shot) and the name of the out of state vet office she got the biggest, most unprofessional attitude and said never mind she didn’t think they would be a good fit and hung up. So their receptionist is the “gate-keeper” to decide who the vet sees. Caution!! **MUST PAST “VIBE” CHECK TO USE THIS CLINIC** Edit to add that this is not for my pet I don’t have a pet BUT MY SON’s pet and what I said to the receptionist was that I would connect with him to get that information. How about post the WHOLE CONVERSATION and not leave out content or better yet- post the recorded call for all to hear and decide?
